And the rest is history....

The past year and a half have been a very busy time in the Everson household (to say the least)! Our third child, Ellie Kay, was born and thus began a new chapter in our lives, living with a baby girl. You see my husband's family had been over 50 years without having any girls introduced into their family, so you can imagine the excitement and wonder as frills and lace were reintroduced to them!

After five and half years of boys I too was excited about the days ahead and my creativity was revived! I painted and made many of the things we put in Ellie's nursery and not long after she was born I took up a new hobby - bow making! This hobby has turned into a fun and exciting job opportunity as well. As Ellie wore my creations many moms started asking where they could buy her bows and I began making them for other little girls as well.

All of that led to a unique oppotunity for me. As the Lord would have it, I am now selling my bows at a wonderful shop called Spoiled Rotten Baby and Children's Boutique in Remerton, Georgia as well. Mary Elliott, the owner has allowed me to create a line of bows that are customized for the many lines of clothing that she sells in her shop! By the way, I love this boutique. It is the premier children's boutique in the Valdosta area and carries many lines of clothing that you don't see much of in the south. It reminds me of the girls clothing I saw in L.A. last time I was there! IT IS FABULOUS!!

After telling my good friend and photographer, Jennifer Adams about my new business venture, she inspired me to start my own blog about it! So here we are! Jennifer has taken some awesome pictures of Mary's clothes and my bows!! Just a little plug for her - she is one of the most talented photographers I have ever met. And you should take a look at her blog and website for all your upcoming events!! I have a link here to it! I am so blessed to have such a talented friend who captured such great shots of just some of what is in Spoiled Rotten!

So please take a look! If you like what you see call me! I can customize any bow, for any outfit, for any occasion! Oh and by the way, Mary also carries a line of shoes called Mooshu and WeeSqueaks where the bows on the shoes are interchangeable! And I can customize these along with the hairbows as well! Isn't this fun???
